is to get the price of the stock "Pulled Down",
as low as they can get it,
to the time-frame just before the release date.

The Key Players,
will now Load-Up on these cheap shares,
as they have their Plan in place now,
to capitalize on the climb of the stock,
from "Retail Buying",
by Selling their shares to "Retail",
at the Higher stock price.
