I think we would have to hear how KATX fits into this. I highly doubt if this has the slightest thing to do with KATX. But if it does you should link it for us. No one of any importance has ever heard of KATX. When the smoke finally clears here you will see that were no KATX shares short on the infamous Record Date in the S-1. It was ALL BULL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In any event nobody has received the ha ha Spin-off shares yet - and may never will. LOL.
