The dispensaries would need to dispense THC pills in addition to regular marijuana. Most people with sleep apnea are older and aren't going to want to toke on a joint every night before bed. For real competition, the dispensaries will have to sell purified THC pills in the lower dose ranges of 2.5 mg - 10 mg.
