I did notice that Goldman has a very large position in another otcqb company. He or any number of these funds could snap up the float if they wanted. If this thing ever starts to trade based on earnings it will triple quickly. It is on the radar.

Oh right, but it still could be the same fund, increasing their holdings before eoy. Or could be someone else too I guess, like you suggested.
