QASP hasn't had 3 Millions shares traded the past 3-6 months to even be close to 100,000,000 shares
O/S is 41mm
FF is 4.8mm and probably in the low 5s and I mean very low 5MM

Its in the last filing. Joe is actively selling some 504s. That not anything new its been under your nose for months. No volume means the share structure hasn't changed much. Like he has gotten 10,20K a week, ROTFLMAO

And with a float like this one and a A/S at a measly 475,000,000,
FOR A PENNY!

I may be just posting a guess but I'm not the only one. Sorry but there are 3 days alone in October where QASP traded over 4.5 million shares, 2.5 million in one day, and over a million in two others. Add all the remaining trades and you get a whole lot more than 3 million in 3 months, closer to 6 million.

Yes I pulled the 100 million number out of my butt, but the point is the company isn't releasing the information, why? Because they are hiding the fact that the O/S has dramatically increased, at least that is my guess. This speculation could end if they just released an up-to-date share structure. Could be that Joe had to hand out another 25 million shares as compensation seeing as the company is still losing money, although at current share prices it could be well over 100 million. The point is, we don't know.
