This letter was very BIG news and I don't believe it's trickled it's way thru the info pipeline, many I'd venture to say are unaware of this news and if they were, I'd think we'd see more loading up, just my opinion. When/if the LOI closes, I think this puppy will KABOOM north. Patiently waiting and adding.
