Wanna post a link where they say they halted due to the stock price being so low??? dont think you will be able to. As your post says... "stay with the facts".
So far, on this board, there have been lots of positive and negative posts concerning where GBG is headed, but, very little pumping and bashing. I hope we can keep it that way.

From Feb 2012 at $1.20 to Sep 12 2012 at $0.087 when GBG was halted....unless this is a new company and this is the starting PPS, speak for yourself about 0.08 is the only thing "we" will lose. "Just the facts"....
Why Trading halted....read the filings....I think it starts with B and finishes with K protection....
