No. But, he may be the only person on the board that admits openly that he thought he was being provided 'inside information'.
As you remember, during this period of time that he wants to you THINK he was 'being responsible' by witholding these 'contracts' and juicy details from this board, he may have just been being greedy and sharing it with a select few off the boards (Zami certainly knew).
Keeping some things for himself and just passing on the very positive 'sentiment' without the details.
A responsible person would have been taken completely aback that he was being told material inside information about non-public contracts. That responsible poster may have decided that since it is illegal, that something was very wrong. That responsible person may have told the board that he thinks something smells and explain why, allowing everyone to draw their own conclusions. Or simply decided to stop being promotive of the person who was violating the law by passing the non-public information.
Instead, you saw a very different reaction.
