(9/10): retains Morningstar Corporate Communications to provide the company with investor and public relations related services.
(9/11): Reviews and negotiates the best terms for potential financing
(11/19 10-Q): Issued convertible promissory notes in the month of Sept
(11/22): Releases Financials with first time profit of $11,000
(12/5): Change of CEO

I'm thinking this is a funding pop..next we'll see a attention pop. This thing should settle down from here before the next set of announcements start happening possibly next month or so...all imho. I think shares are being or about to be issued to big guys right now.

This could make a good case-study for the classic pump and dump?!
