Patience is a virtue indeed, good choice nothing wrong with waiting it out. I figured the markets would explode after I saw the house sign off on the deal last night about 10pm cst. Looks good all around now, folks on the sidelines decided to pop in the mix not surprising i'm sure it goes into march/april then dumps out.

I think I saw 170k at the bid 2.01 when it went through to 2.03
