The SEC already made its determination. They investigated and they suspended southridge. The SEC took NO action against KGC. The SEC does not suspend companies on a whim.

If you wish to talk about southridge, there is a board for that. This is the KGC board.

The SEC could determine that KGC lied and that SRGE's claims of a partnership are legit with supporting documentation...

It's blindingly clear that they've determined just the opposite. That is one of the reasons they suspended.
