Wx....needed time to DD it some. At first glance I had questions and wasn't willing to post either way til I had a mindset. I am now very comfortable with this move. Your right wx....this move spells out Nigeria's wanting to take their oil resources in hand to further their country in the real world. With Offor in one hand and the largest independent in the other.....a strong team. Oh yeah....and Conoil representing another 20% of the same, expected to be, prolific oil block. Big dog oba isn't going to lay down and let the rest of the world suck up their precious resource. This is further demonstrated by the high Nigerian content in the recent NEEZ and the mandatory LCV rule.
