Too bad for Southridge bagholders that the SEC felt different. Southridge presented its "evidence" and the SEC promptly suspended them and consigned them to the pit of despair known as the grey market.

The "good news" is that more than half of the stocks that get suspended also wind up getting revoked and no longer trade. { 8^D

The SEC looked at KGC's statements and Southridge's statements and..... THEY SUSPENDED SOUTHRIDGE. Further investigation by the SEC is solely to determine whether it would be in the public interest to bring criminal chares against the Southridge perps.

Hope that helps to better understand the situation.

Yes finally a smart investor, I have been telling everyone that something else is behind this, KGC did enter a deal with SRGE, a deal has been made already. While ppl was selling the stock, KGC or an insider was buying(I add 4millions shares) check the charts. And also if SRGE was lying was they put out a PR stating that they in deed have Evidence.

I would personally like to see the signed documents that SRGE turned over to the SEC...

You haven't seen them?
