I have a question about the following as it's not clear to me

The Government of Kenya has a 10% carried participating interest up to the declaration of commerciality

What happens to the 10% after declaration of commerciality? Does the Governement of Kenya still has that 10% or do the have to pay for the explotation costs?

reread my last post ...in the link it says that it adds up to 20%...don't read so fast this time...LOL

P.S...Not sure if the additional 10% is carried though...I would hope not !(especially after commerciality)
