You have stated for a year now that the sec will shut em down.
Reality is....that hasn't happened.
Reality is...... PHAR had a nice bounce of 300% in the last week or so.
That's all. Has nothing to do with how far the sp has fallen on the last year or so.....and......has nothing to do with the frivolous claims of sec involvement.
