Of course there are many alternate possibilities and egotistically believing that Offor/Chrome is somehow doing anyone a favour is the only one, is a huge mistake.

Its assumed that Chrome has all these millions to put into ERHC !! Did anyone ever consider that they don't have that kind of liquidity and that they NEED minority shareholders to participate in the offering ??????

Whatever the situation its not the generosity of Offor and Chrome that motivated them to give verbal support to the offering."Talk is cheap but it takes money to buy rum."
So follow the money !!!

Yes, Duh.

One has to think in the alternative here. If they didn't go this route, then there would have been a private placement and Offor would still get the same result.

They are being nice to us by allowing us the chance to participate.
