The old auditors who worked for GEIV and knew nothing about NowAuto have been dismissed.

If you read the 8-K you would see that the auditor for the former shell GEIV (now NAUG) has been dismissed...and replaced with the auditor of NowAuto. The dismissed auditor had been auditing GEIV the past two years, not NowAuto.

Where are NowAuto's auditors starting from? They've completed the audit.
