There is no question that the need for that funding is there and real! However that time of need is not date specific but general in nature, by that I mean within a period of time. I can only estimate that time. Not all funding is suitable and or beneficial to a company. Sometime one or the other walks away. Sometime paralell negotiations go on so as not to forclose other options that maybe available. Sometimes suitability or demands or delays of implementation ocurr and you walk away ! At least that would make sense to me. For me it would be critical to ultimately have the right fit to forge a mutually acceptable and beneficial and working relationship that allows growth and expansion that brings shareholder value to all investors. To me a the right opportunity is there to capitalize on the future of Copy Management/Protection which could experience tremendous growth. That is the opportunity for us that I see! Though just my view!
