they could be, all they have to do is say, we tried, now we're done. properties go back to nigeria if sinopec is out and Offor could end up with the jdz anyway, if they are worth a dime or two. The fact is, we don't know what they are doing. they have failed at pretty much everything. If you sign on the line to put 50 million in properties and you only have 7 mill in the bank, if that, you are already bankrupt. these are very good concerns and should be taken seriously. sorry you think they have our best interests in mind, I don't. if they did, they would have done things differently in the past. these shares are non-transferable and there is no pct put forth to protect anyone.

anyone who gives them money now, could lose it all. they should have no problem putting forth what Offor is doing, then it takes the guess work out and would make the offering successful, yet, they want to play games, more games.

don't forget that SEO will be cost averaging UP not down with these rights...LOL
I agree with you that it is a given just like the vote to approve the amount of additional shares up to 3,000,000,000.Everything is hedged for the gain of SEO and we are merely riding his coat tails.I don't think he likes throwing money away!

I have my opinions and you have yours. Don't be so condescending! Amj makes a good point when other companies have listed the backers and major shareholders full commitment. Offor has not said he will fully participate. Why not? He only said he supports the idea of the offering. You can assume all you want. His words and lack thereof speak volumes. By the way, I hope the offering works perfectly and they get the money needed to kick this pig in the a**,
anything to get the sp going back up. I am holding on to the shares I have and that is it.
