If I had 30,000,000 shares and had the funds to over subscribe,
why would I encourage you to fully subscribe in the first round, or purchase any at all. I wouldn't plain and simple. This is not XOM, people invest in penney stocks like ERHC for the gamble, buy cheap and sell high. BMU

and

Offor will do what he believes is in his best interest, just as each of us will do what we believe is in ours.
