$Under the 20% level, is an "Oversold" reading.

> Before the "Money Flow Indicator", MFI,
begins to climb above the 20% level,
you should begin to Load-Up and accumulate shares.

Once the Indicator moves above the 20% level,
this is your "Signal" to get ready to Sell your shares!

Retracement "Fibonacci" levels to look for as Targets are:
