This one is toast, has been for six months. But the last nail is in the coffin now.
I just tried to sell my shares for the tax loss, but my broker said he cannot without a deposit. And the clearing firm must hold on to the proceeds and deposit for 30 days, thus my tax loss would carry on to next year. I asked for a physical delivery of the cert, and due to clearing issues at DTCC, they cannot withdraw the cert.
Gamber is a true winner.
