honestly? WHO CARES!!! many companies trade successfully on the grey market. I don't see why the point keeps getting hammered into the ground. it takes time to get reinstated. So whether they are actually proceeding with this or NOT is yet to remain seen. In the mean time. the actual company is still around, proof by the attorney letter and recent Q3 - with increased revs up from the last Q. into the 10th straight trading week with healthy volume and accumulation.
