i am looking at the behavior of the descending triangles over the last 3 weeks.

they don't ever seem to get broken to the downside and then resolve to the upside. After making a new 52wk high on Tuesday it put in tweezers yesterday and today.

there were a couple of downside breaks earlier: 9/28 & 10/7, but I have a positive feeling
