How do you do your positioning size? 25 percent at first? then another 25 percent, and so on until you get to 100 percent?

Stock Charts Daily RSI(5) at 44.5. MACD(12,26,9) at -3.02.
CCI(20) at -37.9
Current position Short.
The charts did not move much at all to the upside. Maybe Monday we will continue the downward move.
I have placed my short order(USPIX) for the close. Will be 50% short on Monday morning.
