Ever Use an Electric Kiln

I ran across a video online where a person was using a small electric kiln to melt .925 scrap into inguts / bars.

I searched online and found a similar kiln to that being used in the video for around $400. Others ran around $795. I am not sure what the huge price difference was due to, but I suspect it might be the quality of the pieces.
