So based on that, what do you predict will be the total penalty?

I saw two OTCs last month alone detail the final terms of their settlements. One was a fine for $20,000 and another was a fine for $25,000, in both cases for far less than 1% of their market caps which is very typical. I predict JBII's fine, just like most other cases, will be peanuts -- far less than 1% of market cap with ZERO DISGORGEMENT.
