Well that's what the whole debate here is isn't it.For some time now all the slather has been about how guilty of fraud JBI is.If there is no guilt or innocence then I guess the debate is over and anything remotely relating to guilt or innocence as far as JBI's alleged fraudulent behavior is concerned is a lie and not to be relied upon.
