That company gwgo has contracted with is www.********** and I think this may be where gwgo exec's are going. They may be buying into this company or have created it. Just a thought, because of the timing of the dump out of mining sector.
I also feel the sub company creation timing isn't going to allow anyone to sell off gwgo stock in short notice.
Nov 14th looks like at least 2 new company divs, but 2 more forthcoming, then the r/s, perhaps the same day of final pay off date.... I've seen this, been there, got that.........

geez Ric... don't say that..... I'm holding this one for sure right now. They've been doing a huge "restructuring" with now 5 different new subs, all in the mining sector, while saying that gwgo is going into a new sector. This is getting goofy. An interesting aside is gwgo contracted with a so-called new company that tracks short sales. I'm starting to wonder if this company is parented by gwgo somehow. The timing is very interesting. I'm just getting over the second hand koolaid dust exposure from the cmkx board and then you pop up.

At this moment, I don't know what they're doing.
5 spin-offs and stating they won't r/s. Well, isn't this whole thing a glorified reverse split anyways. but even if they dilute with a forward split, at least I'll have 400k of some type of stock. Instead of like... 40.
I'm sitting on bhwk which announced r/s (1 to 800)
last week, and hoping to get a desperate last second pop too.
I didn't put too much into gwgo so I'm going to sit on this one, till it's over, just to see how all this is done for experience. Taking many notes. But can't totally disregard the parallels to cmkx and others.

These Announcements were not clearly understood by shareholders and this Announcement serves to clarify in very simple terms, the nature of these transactions:


RATIONALE:

Great West Gold, Inc. acquired five Gold Mining Exploration projects (Western Gold Limited, Golden Sierra Limited, Copperstone Mining Limited, Ambassador Gold Limited and Golden Eagle Mining Limited) based primarily in Arizona, USA with the intention of developing and progressing the exploration of these Gold Mining claims, two of which have proven Reserves of Gold. The continual slide in Great West Gold, Inc's share price made it impossible for the Company to raise sufficient funds to develop these Gold Mining Claims without severely eroding shareholder value.

Great West Gold, Inc. promised its shareholders that it would create value for them and eventually managed to solve this problem by disposing of each of these five Gold Mining claims into five new separate Companies (Windsor Resources, Inc., Sentinel Resources, Inc., Golden Eagle Inc, Ambassador Gold, Inc and Copperstone Mining, Inc.). where it had been intended that these companies would be listed on the OTC Pink Sheets Market as separate entities and with separate Management. Ambassador Gold Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Great West Gold, Inc. and being a Gold Mining Exploration Company has been disposed of by Great West Gold, Inc. to Ambassador Gold, Inc. Great West Gold, Inc. will receive an amount of 200,000,000 shares of restricted Ambassador Gold, Inc. Common Stock in consideration of this sale of Ambassador Gold Limited.

Great West Gold, Inc. allocated 102,000,000 of these restricted shares of Ambassador Gold, Inc. to Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. in which it holds a 71.43% interest.

ST JAMES CAPITAL HOLDINGS, INC.:

St James Capital Holdings, Inc. holds a Loan Note due to it by Great West Gold, Inc. in the amount of US$1,750,000. Each of the new "United Kingdom Holding Companies" have retained the services of a St James Capital Holdings, Inc. Group Company to effect all of these Corporate Finance transactions and to implement the various admissions of these equity instruments to the OTC Pink Sheets Market and to the to the "third tier" United Kingdom Stock Exchange as well the implementation of the ADR Level I Programme..

VARIOUS CONDITIONS PRECEDENT:

Each of the "United Kingdom Holding Companies" will have a CUSIP Number, ISIN Number and Trading Symbol prior to its quotation on the OTC Pink Sheets Market and will file an Information Statement as well as its Financial Statements with the OTC Pink Sheets Market under Rule 15c-211.

Each of the "United Kingdom Holding Companies" will then institute an American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") Level I Programme. These ADR's will each have an ISIN Number, CUSIP Number and Trading Symbol and prior to being admitted for trading on the OTC Pink Sheets Market.

Each one ADR in respect of the "United Kingdom Holding Companies" will comprise of 1,000 Ordinary Shares in that "United Kingdom Holding Company".

The "United Kingdom Holding Companies" are appointing a Share Transfer Agent to deal with the share transfers for the five Company's listings on the both the OTC Pink Sheets Market and on the "third tier" United Kingdom Stock Exchange.

The settlement of the dealing in the ADR's will be dealt with separately by a Depositary Receipt Company.

The shares quoted on the "third tier" United Kingdom Stock Exchange will be settled through the CREST settlement system.

ADVANTAGES OF THE LONDON LISTINGS :

London is now the Global centre of Mining and the ability of Bouse Mining Holdings plc to raise significant funding will be hugely increased. The strong currency of the Pound Sterling compared to the US Dollar will be of huge benefit to our shareholders. As at January 4, 2006 after the distribution of the shares in the last of the five Gold Mining Exploration Companies, Great West Gold, Inc. will hold its 71.43% share of Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc.

As someone new to stocks...what the hell does all this mean?

HI Winkie. First, I have a non stock suggestion, when posting please try to just include a link instead of whole pages of text. If anybody is interested to go to your link, then they would most likely have some comments.
That said, what gwgo is doing right now is slightly bizarre. Its nothing new to give forward splits, or dividends of spin offs. But going london exchange is a new one on me. Gwgo gave a 25% stock for cash dividend this past August. In past experience, when a company does stock dividends for a new spin off, its fairly similar to a reverse split action. If gwgo actually rolls shareholders into it's new company (which is claimed is going to be a new non mining market sector) it would be a good deal for shareholders.
On another note... it's been reliably researched that a pps is high right after a r/s and name change but that 75% of these stocks return to sub-penny rather rapidly.
Gwgo has been an interesting ride at the very least. At this point, I've decided to finish this run until the r/s or whatever. If I retain my holdings into the new gwgo company, I intend to dump all the mining spin offs as soon as humanly possible. Basically, if gwgo wants out of the mining sector, why do I want to stay. Something to think about.

I have a personal testament to those new rules in effect. I was a class participant in Wagner V. Travelers Settlement Fund and received two (small) payments in the settlement. Part of the second payment read:

This additional benefit is being mailed to you pursuant to a Court order instructing the Settlement Class Administrator to allocate the unclaimed funds to all class members who negotiated their initial benefit check, and whose pro-rata share of the unclaimed funds is $25.00 or more.

It appears someone has broken the law here in the way that you were dealt with, Rocket. Unfortunately, there have been many broken laws regarding the players and participants surrounding FFGO if you know what I mean. The laws are right there in black and white. I know I have sent a few black and white violations to some lawyers already. I guess I have to keep trying.
