i agree,i am a termite inspector by trade...also fugus/dryrot and recomendations for repairs AND costs for a clearence after doing the work and its free of problems...point being jim pulled out of escrow so to speak because the homew owner...mse wouldnt take necessary steps to give/create a clean bill of health....like a clearance as i would...so no deal,why should jim take somebodys problems then fix those? it could been argued he isnt a good businessman...we know he is!...im satisfied!
