Wow..........for one, please provide me a link to a credible source to back that claim.......which I doubt very much is possible......second.....Jim exercised his right to terminate the deal based on in depth DD done by him and Mr. Gilbert when they were able to take over operation......now riddle me this, how in the world would a company allow someone to take over operations if they did not have the working capital? Huh? Tell me? I am waiting? lol
third: There were more significant issues dealing with the Government that MSE seemed to be hiding.
Fourth: The CFO quit the day Jim took over, why? Because he knew the books were being "cooked" IMO, and did not want to go to jail!
Fifth: From what I heard, Merdi has tried to sell MSE to two others since that time, and both suitors walked away.....that should tell you something.
Last: Show me a link stating that all MSE/GTGP agreements are terminated? Thought so. lol
Infact, Meridi understood the deal........they still want to do business with Jim...why, because you do not bite the hand that feeds you....lol, and MSE will be making a presentation with Jim and the Waste Management Symposium.....Huge Deal........just have to contect the dots.......they form a line pointing to DOE contract!
