Yeah, the point is AMBS is going to have several broad areas of development all centered around MANF, which is the gateway making it all possible. It looks like they are gearing up for a massive expansion of research and development. That they are able to easily leverage shares to pay for such things suggest that the other party's feel confident that those shares represent a good deal for them.

Exactly, yesterday we traded over 20 million shares and that 2 millions shares is long gone by now.

It was already stated in the DEC 14th press release they would issue those shares. No surprise. So don't be scared about the numbers (it's not even that much in the grand scheme of things). Besides RBCC Capital is already in a joint venture with AMBS to help fund this plan.

I don't see anything else here that should worry people for the time being.
