Regrettably it is also to mention that there is a
culture ongoing where criminals do the laws for
criminals and that offers the best preconditions
for Scam-Fraud-Abuse in many ways.

Everybody talking about the high importance of
reliable capital markets, but since when it could
be done without the necessary rules and control.

For example even the SEC is accepting the filings
under mutual trust only. It’s the same as telling
the Cats to take care about the Birds health.
In Europe trust is expected, but attached with all
evidences in copy- form to reconfirm the trust.
