The first problem is the notes have already been converted and no other notes of that type have been issued. Second if someone was trying to do so they would want the share price lower not higher. The 22 dollar bidwhack was what is suspect. The logic behind the sales is simple, a beginner should be able to figure it out.

I agree. I can't imagine who would like to issue fewer shares per debt dollar, rather than more shares per debt dollar.
