ETNI is owned and controlled by Stewart Sytner. It is listed on the grey sheets - zero sales so far, I think.

Easton board of directors and officers are made up in large part by same individuals involved in Bancorp Intertrade - the bogus bank Sytner claimed in 2001, and the same time that Ronald Allen claimed BCIT now had an offshore banking division.

RA is the same law firm as Pino's.

This month, Sytner was claiming an imminent merger with a defunct company, SerOptix. Completely bogus, and never happened.

In short - ETNI is a brand new empty shell just sitting there. Pino seems to have fled the country, so Sytner may turn to his close friend Megas with a proposition...

Sit back and watch... Megas and Sytner are inseperable.

Sytner is pinch-hitting for Pino... just my opinion, of course.
