I turned bearish on the sector awhile back-- sold all my producers and decided that I really had nothing to add to the mining threads in general. Folks out there normally stay bullish so I didn't feel the need to make any new enemies.
It's a bear market, no doubt about it-- a bear market in all equities. I've even tried my hand at other sectors like the semi-conductors only to be stopped out of everything I've touched. The best play so far this year would of been to stay 100% in cash.
For every good trade I make, two lousy ones follow. That's why I haven't been very prolific at writing on Ihub. At the moment I'm sitting on 70% cash-- and ohhhh how I wish it was 100%.
