10% of total common and preferred and since every preferred is equal to 10 common......I'm not sure how 80 million common isn't 10% though since I calculated my holdings at just under 5% currently.
I have a hard time believing that someone has accumulated 80 million though and if its accurate that would easily be 10% of the shares I think.
But I'm not positive on the math and requirements - my broker says I'm still under 10% and that if I end up buying another 20 million they would recalculate for me, but they did say its hard to determine since the OS and float can change in a non reporting which makes it difficult to calculate where 10% sits.
But again 80 million is 10% of 800 million and 800 million is more than the total AS so I'd start being concerned there with reporting....... Where is 20 million is is 10% of 200 million placing me relatively close when only considering just the float ;-)
