That link takes me straight to the town of Wibaux but nowhere near the CCP facility.

I think I found the problem with the link I gave for the assessor map. Earlier, I posted this:

It should have been:

http://postimage.org/gallery/84js8dz2/ (with the slash at the end) This one should get you there.

Cut and paste the link in your brouser address bar and enter or try clicking on it.
