MUCH, MUCH HIGER??. For what? Stock transfer fees? The original contract? Let's see, even if SSOL pays $5000 for $500,000, what of it? What matters is the Discount to Auctus will not affect the PPS much, even if they were to sell just to beak even.

The effective rate is MUCH MUCH higher than 7% once all fees are factored in.
