LOL Previous to 2010 ONE made it back out of thousands. After 2010 when the Microcap Fraud Division was started with more investigating NOT ONE has come back and scam KMAG sure won't either.
Actually the more precise answer...and likely more complete is that there are a couple of suspended pinkies that were able to uplist prior to 2010 out of the thousands that have been suspended in the last 10 years or so. Since the Microcap Fraud working group that number has been zero...and suspensions are up.
However it is also ACCURATE to say that not a SINGLE suspended pink sheet stock has ever come back and gone on to be successful by any standard. The couple that have been documented that uplisted did not regain any traction or have any success in the market. Whether it was the fact that they could never wash of the stink of the suspension....who knows.
But KMAG would be the first in at least a decade and over thousands and thousands of suspensions, if it was ever able to uplist AND achieve success.
Many KMAG longs are expecting and are counting on it. But then so are the longs of many many other suspended pinks.
Time will tell. But it will take alot of time regardless.
