Some-times we may have other 'things' on our minds when we RE-spond to a post --- and then we're not on target.
P.S. From many of the RE-"cent" posts --- as well as his-storical and her-storical ones --- Scott appears to all ways be in some "catch-22": What-ever he does is wrong (or right) --- and if he changes direction, he's still wrong (or right).
I'm sure that he must some-times get DIS-"couraged" by what is posted.
I think that this last PR accomplished --- or was in-tended and in-tendered to accomplish --- multiple RE-sults: communicate; PRO-vide IN-formation; back-stop PRE-vious drilling "sults" so that they are NOW RE-"sults"; PRO-vide "visibility" (most say 'transparency') as to what's going on; FORE-"stall" any negatives that 'could' come out of 'the Chinese RE-sults' --- thus PRE-venting any CON-tentions; and RE-lated.
Even though this may wreak havoc with the PPS: IF ("IF") the Chinese do try to UNDER-"cut" or DE-lay further in ANY 'way(s)' --- THEN "WALK A-WAY"!!! (And look for AN-"other"!)
IF ("IF") by now BOTH "sides" do not have the PRO=per RE-spect for each other to MOVE FORWARD POSITIVELY BY SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE --- THEN ATTEMPTING TO "WORK AS A TEAM" WOULD ALL-"WAYS" RE-QUIRE "WATCHING ONE'S BACK" (so to speak) and "THE POTENTIALS" ARE TOO BIG for this sort of NON-"sense" and NON-"cents"!
