So since we are talking investment firms.....No. They may have been given a discount from whatever the pps was that day, or nothing at all. My past experience was with Oil & Gas companies doing those type presentations, and for attendees giving money to finance a specific project, they were paid back first in full before company got a penny, and then got a certain percentage split of the profits from that well going forward. Applying that to APDN, they would have had to file another offering form because of the conference, stating they were trying to sell blocks of shares for a certain total amount of money. They have 15 days to file from receiving any money.
I'm still scratching my memory, seems that was aired, wasn't it? I don't recall any statements about raising money, just a presentation on the company. That's where I don't see APDN having done any offering there, He would have said it during the presentation as to what the money would be for, any share discounts, etc.
