Well, as I stated before, an attempt to collect on that 25% would soon, imo, tank the pps such that a loss on the majority of such shares would ultimately be recorded.
Last week's dump of 5,000,000 shares comes to mind. The PPS tanked to .005 where there were many seemingly happy campers waiting to soak up the spill.
