Zeev, the downgrade was by Caris.
They upgraded it one month ago.
I thought the CC went very well.
Company confident with previous 4th quarter guidence
and even raised rev guidence from 4.4 mil to 5.2-5.4 mil for the
Physicians Interactive product for the year.
I too was a little surprised by the AH trading.
I added to my postion just before the close at 16.58
