"Historically what happens"...lmao, oh I see,...no DD
to substantiate the claim.

Refusal to acknowledge the DD that exists to the contrary.

The CEO has reduced the share structure from 10BILLION
& has repeatedly said in multiple formats that HLNT
does NOT need to R/S, does not need to DILUTE & will NOT
per their JV agreement with AHSGS & M so....(& there has
BEEN no dilution either-- hence the MONSTROUS RUN)


Why the discussion? "Historically..." Sorry, I see MORE
rhetoric aimed at targeting some strategy that appears
less than sincere when AIMED AT HAVING A DISCUSSION ON
the FACTS are concerned.

Thanks though,...the process has been INSTRUCTIVE to say
the least!!!!

HISTORICALLY (while we are at it) PS stock sell shares into a
PROMOTIONAL RUN (here, no paid newsletters, no GAGGED TA,
no PR after PR after PR on nonsense to create a frenzy, & there
are NO SHARES to DISTRIBUTE into the float!!) HENCE, a 20X+
HISTORIC RUN on the pps, followed by a re-trace on profit taking.

A PPS that went up over 20X
Retraced to 7X yearly lows
& SINCE there is NO MASSIVE DILUTION, NO CORPORATE SHARES, NO
PIPE FUNDING, etc... the stock HAS NOT done what HISTORICALLY
most PS stocks have HISTORICALLY done....which is TANK WELL
BELOW their BREAKOUT LEVELS...

IN FACT, if HLNT intended to do just that, (R/S for example)
why didn't they DILUTE INTO the run up to $0.024 since that
WAS (according to the rhetoric), or is, being intimated as
their EVIL intention....just SILLY TALK imv, UNSUBSTANTIATED
DRIVEL....sorry....
