Remaining share structure per HLNT Joint Venture with AHSGS & M is spoken for RESTRICTED for 12 months when released & already represents the disparity between O/S & A/S so its a veritable NON-ISSUE.
Incidentally, as has ALSO been discussed, HLNT has already received in excess of $720,000.00 per JV partnership whereby AHS gets 50% of HY-Impact Product Line sales they generate as part of the financing agreement.
On the other hand, AHSGS & M get nothing from the HLNT Dongfeng HOSS UTV Joint Venture which, with royalties alone could bring HLNT over $10,000,000.00 per year in gross revenues.
This $10mm figure comes from a REASONABLE (some might say conservative) ROYALTY agreement for HOSS UTV's sold by Dongfeng in Asia & abroad.
Basically, 40K yearly unit sales x $250.00 royalty on an ~$6,000.00 per unit cost represents the $10,000,000.00 GR figure.
