He already ruled on the short form on the 336, we won! We are awaiting the long form to hear why he ruled the way he did. This should have no bearing on the 336, however it could effect positively the 890.

Also once the long form is out, we should see the PR from the company.

Possibly PTSC will THEN, issue a PR..
