I don't think we even know that. That would be under a typical path, the Chinese since they may foot the bill may not need to take a typical path.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens. So status quo remains unchanged.

As the PR states further exploration is need to prove economics of the rocks, ie feasibility.

The results from the diamond drilling confirmed that the Southeast Zone is also host to anomalous values of Rare Earth Elements and tantalum; however the economic potential for these elements requires additional investigation.

The further exploration to prove economics was only in reference to the Southeast Zone and only with respect to Rare Earth Elements and tantalum.

By saying "prove the economics of the rocks" you are including the economics of the niobium in the Hawk Zone. This is not an accurate interpretation of what was said in the PR. Please read and write with care.
