Often times a difficult lesson, even for the sincere, and never a
lesson for the divisive. The difficulty is often times in sorting
one from the other. But over time, the truth does surface and we
may all come to know what did or did not transpire in the sharing
of both sentiments and truthful information.

Nearly a year ago NOW & with CEO assurances that HLNT is
WELL-FUNDED [via their Joint Venture whereby financing was
exchanged for 106Million RESTRICTED SHARES-- or basically the
disparity between HLNT's A/S & O/S]

HLNT forms Joint Venture with AHSGS & M
Since this agreement there has been NO DILUTION, NONE expected,
& the CEO has reinforced ZERO plans for any R/S; therefore, I read
the rhetoric as misplaced. Perhaps even disingenuous...
