I myself would like a settlement not to cash in now, but so Vringo takes a bird in the hand and doesn't gamble on two in the bush, though I would like them to wait until the appellate court approves another day in court based on the laches decision. Vringo/IP is still new, I would rather see them walk away with $500MM-$600MM cash in hand, they can hang tough after that on all the other cases, but for the first one, I don't think it needs to be a grand slam, a homerun is good enough for me.IMO
